There is also a second audio with just the background sleep wave and added sounds to help you when you do the exercise on your own. You can also use the second audio to help you fall asleep when you get into bed.

    As a person who struggles to fall asleep, I was pleasantly surprised by how effective the Sleepy Time Guide has been for me! Initially, I used the audio guide, but I’ve since started doing it on my own by following the instructions and using the background audio (sleep wave) on repeat. This has made a huge difference for me, and dream time happens much quicker. Love it!
